Millet

Millet takes a lot longer to cook than ameranth as it is a larger whole seed.  It has all the same kinds of benefits that amaranth does.  i cooked it two ways:
1st way, the same as i cook amaranth with apple and water, but it took more than half an hour, got glugy and tasted uncooked.

2nd way I toasted the seed (dry fry) then ground them in my morter and pestal, then cooked with water and apple.  this way was much more tasty but still tasted quite uncooked.

Am going to try to slow cook overnight.
