Food - OK, today was a shocker.  Breakfast wasn't until 11am, lunch wasn't until 4pm and I had no snacks.  I did have a diet coke in the evening and actually didn't enjoy it.  I am a changing woman.

Food - Today was a good day.  I have been quite sick with the flu and am finding it hard to drink enough water.
Excercise - 40 min walk along Wynnum Esplanade with Patrick, Grace, Ella and mum.
